Big Fat Tip #97 closed our Indianapolis trio at Conner’s Kitchen + Bar during the ASAE Annual Meeting.
We surprised one server. The location was randomly selected by the convention center because the conference schedule was tight.
Special thanks to Nat Bartholomew and Cameron Curtis. They were overflowing with enthusiasm and clearly loved handing over the tip.
A random act of kindness works on two timelines. In the moment, the server feels the shock of being seen. The volunteers get the helper’s high. Afterward, both sides carry a stronger memory of connection. That is the ripple.
