Big Fat Tip #96 happened at Loughmiller’s Pub and Eatery in Indianapolis during the ASAE Annual Meeting.
We surprised one server. The location was randomly selected by the convention center because the conference schedule was tight.

A random act of kindness changes both brains in the room. Surprise strengthens the emotional stamp for the server. Giving gives the volunteers the helper’s high. The ripple starts there.
